Easaway Draincare Ltd has once again exceeded customer expectations by installing a Wireless Tracking system into their fleet.
In an endeavour to boost Customer Service and Productivity a Navman Wireless Fleet Management System has been fitted into all of Easaways vehicles. Complete with Satellite Tracking Devices it allows the whole fleet to be tracked and monitored from Easaways head quarters in Leeds.
By being able to track all vehicles at any one time the system is intended to help deliver faster response times and provide precise arrival times. Conveniently the system will also help to maintain effective communications whilst in remote areas out of mobile reception, due to its two-way, fast and dependable messaging facility between engineers and office staff.
Easaways Marketing Manager (Stephanie James) explained, "Customers are becoming much more demanding and due to the nature of the industry they want to know exactly what time our Engineers will arrive. We can now give them accurate information at any time and ultimately provide them with peace of mind"
